CPO jaguar F-PACE. Dead battery first night home. Now less than 1k miles and I have to change rotors and brakes. How can this pass cpo? Don't trusted everything they say.!

Terrible service; the service manager Matt refused to look at our car because we were gay. It’s so disappointing. I will never be visiting nor recommending this place to any of my friends.

I had my care to that shop for 4 times. Check engine light comes on and the first time they said it will go away. No worry. Second time after diagnostic and charging for warranty deductible they replaced a censor. The light came back a month later and I called them, and they said just drive and write down how many miles you drive when the lights come back. I had a great experience. The staff (Gurlal Brar, Andy Nestor and Mitchell Wallace) took the time I needed to make sure I understood everything. I bought a used vehicle and felt they listened to my concerns. There were no surprises and I left feeling good about my decision.

Worst car buying experience ever. Perfect example of a shady, sneaky, con artist thief car dealership. Salesman, general manager,Ryan, finance officer and even the receptionist are all liars. They took advantage of a first time car buyer and stole $5000 from her when she returned the vehicle after 4 days of ownership due to mechanical issues that they werent honest about. This was a warranty repair of 2 items - dripping spray unit and low battery. Since I live 3 hours away the service I had to coordinate the part with service/parts to have the part on hand - other wise it would have been 2 trips. Purchased a 2020 Range Rover from out of state in November 2020 for $105,000 and after the certification fees, dealer fees and taxes was roughly $118,000. I paid CASH. I am in Ohio and they are in Fresno and I am convinced that the lack of communication from sales staff to finance to GM coupled with the fact that I purchased it from 2300 miles away added to the disregard in fulfilling basic customer obligations. Terrible communication, poor work, car returned dirty (greasy finger prints everywhere). All mirrors and instrument panel/car aids moved from owner preferences. Car messing up again the week after it was returned. Car was in service for > 5 weeks. Bought a certified car many of the certification check items were not completed prior to purchase. We owned the car for 2 months <2000 miles out on the car when it needed to be brought in for service.

On my second range rover. Took in for yearly service; did not get a courtesy car (expected and traditional) and car returned to me filthy. What happened to the wash. The serviceman was rude and very matter of fact. Have had several instances with this dealership. Service has really gone down hill! This will be my last purchase at this location!!!!

The service people were friendly and efficient receiving our car. We also had a ding in one of the doors. It was repaired and that day.

I had a great experience taking my Velar in for service. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the needs of my service. The atmosphere while I waited for my car was wonderful as well. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for it’s service.

I have taken my car there since I purchased. Mikay usually takes care of me, but I understand he is ill right now. Overall the service was good, but is excellent when Mikay is there. He usually makes sure my car is washed when I receive it. Not this time.

Worst place on earth. it took them 2 weeks to schedule my appointment and 8 hours to do my oil change. Valvoline in visalia took 45 mins and for 1/3 of the price 🤯. also never get your rims powder coated through them. you will get home and come to find out the center caps flew off or were installed incorrectly. i brought it up to my service provider and he didnt seem to care 1 bit.

As a fairly new customer I have had great service. I was given a courtesy car and appreciated the short time for the maintenance on my car. Ray was very pleasant and knowledgeable during my last visit for a service issue. Nick was also eager to assist. Truly enjoyed my visit.

If you need to get any sort of maintenance done on your vehicle do not come here. They don’t care about speedy service getting your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. They will offer a rental car and charge you $75 in taxes a day. What a joke. I’ve been dealing with HARON ever since I got my first Land Rover in 2014 and they have been great. I’ve dealt with Lexus and Mercedes Benz before and Haron surpasses their level of service. We purchased a used Range Rover from them and despite being 2.5 hours from the dealership they treated us as if we were standing in the showroom. Brought vehicle in to the new beautiful dealership to have a "check engine" sensor light issue. Service was done in a reasonable time as now there are enough service bays and technicians compared to the temporary facility.

Having problems with a 2019. Haron is trying to remedy concerns after a rough start. Have to give them credit, but it did take some persistence.

Superb door - to - door customer service. My evoque was displaying a check engine light and the dealership (which is 150 miles away) arranged for my vehicle to be towed to them and once service was complete they arranged to have it towed back to me...free of charge. I have NEVER experience such a level of customer service from any other brand.

Service department met all expectations, I had planned to wait for repair, but a vehicle was made available for my use. I was able to return home/out of town and then dive back after all repairs and auto detailing completed(my Evoke looked great).

We just traded in our Sport for a newer HSE fully loaded and have to say we are extremely Happy! Richard our salesman did a Great job of having the Range Rover ready for us on Fathers Day too test it out and we took it home within a few hours. This dealership doesn't value its loyal customers. I have dealt with the service department now for 7 years. I have consistently found them to be well below the standards of other dealerships. The service advisors (Myke and Ray) do very well communicating with me. However, the routine service always take longer than expected. My battery that was replaced a year ago at Haron was found to be problematic by AAA towing. When I was driven to the garage, an unfriendly man eating a taco instructed me to walk past 2 abandoned houses to get to the makeshift main office. We bought our "certified" 2014 Range Rover Sport approximately 6 months ago and have driven under 3,000 miles. We have already had various issues requiring service, but on this last service we were charged almost $800. We were told that the car required a "major" service. I recently had a home fire. My car was burned, total loss. I reached out to Jim Haron and I received a call from Randy Haron within the hour. The Haron family rolled the carpet out for me. Ryan and Chris took wonderful care of me in my time of tradgy. The Range Rover I wanted was not ready so they put me in a beautiful Jaguar until my car came in, which was two days sooner than expected. My experience with this dealer is horrible. I just bought a range rover 2014 from them last than a month while I type this review. The sale man is Chris Plunkett. The saleman doesn't know what he is doing in, and keep lie to me.
